Well more modern RPGs are generally better at reminding you what you need to do. Older ones, it depends on how far into the game I am. If not too long, just restart, and if a long way in, I just look it up.

Lol you should try taking a break from Fallout 4 and coming back to it.

The quest log will just tell you the name of the quest and then it just tells you some generic objective without any amplifying information.

Fair, makes sense that some still arent great at it. Sounds even worse in that type of game, with how side-tracked you can get.

This happened to me with Bravely Default because I was going through a crisis where I tried picking the "best" party to play the game through. It wasn't fun, so I just restarted the game and played with whatever party I wanted to.
