Maybe it's because Windows 10 and the X-box are both made by the same company, which is why one's PC would synchronize much better with an X-box than with a PS4.

or maybe it's because xbox uses an established streaming program called miracast that's been around for years and is good at what it does, and sony uses whatever it learned from when it bought shitty gaikai and onlive

I have zero issues with the remote play from my PS4 to my Macbook or my PC (or my PSTV or my Vita for that matter).
