argonautweakend 05/24/18 1:05:14 PM #1:	guy came in and got a half pint of nikolai(50% abv bottom shelf vodka) I didnt see encounter #1. He comes in, according to my manager, a half hour later, and bought half pint #2. After this my manager said I should consider cutting him off if he comes back. If I refuse service to somebody it is my decision, and the manager will back me up, so he wouldnt be getting served as is my right. So he comes in 2ish hours later and gets another half pint. I served him because its been a couple of hours and its only half pints and I didnt want to be an ass, guy is actually pretty cool and funny(but not in the way some people are where youd wish they leave and never come back) But I havent really been in a position to refuse service before, though I could have. argonautweakend 05/24/18 1:24:11 PM #5:	now the thing is I dont know if he was driving himself when he got all his half pints. but i live in the suburbs with no public transportation and minimal sidewalk application so you're either walking or driving. could have gotten a ride, idk. but if he is driving himself he's almost certainly either driving near or above the legal limit of .08. and if he is a bus driver, his legal limit(even on non work days/not operation a bus) is around half that, so he certainly is going past his legal limit. but idk if he is a busdriver but thats what i heard,. <cite>argonautweakend posted [p:901911267] in almost had... But almost every time somebody is amazed about govt owned liquor. Oh well obviously most states dont deal with this. And yes we sell on sundays.
