Dio has the overall best voice of the bunch, guy is almost untouchable in his prime and still had great vocals even at the end of his life when other's voices have degraded quite a bit.

Randy Blythe (Lamb of God) outside of what was listed. TC is clearly an older metalhead, but I respect it. I voted for Rob Halford though, just because I'm not a fan of "Other" options on polls. He is definitely up there and one of my favorites.
