The series has a number of non playable races currently, that could become playable with some justification.

Personally I'd like to see the Sload playable, but they would have to create a decent enough lore reason to force them into it.

Skyrim wrote a way for the Snow Elves/Falmer to return in small numbers withtions of hideouts all around Tamriel, although I do think there may be too many mer at that point.

Imga would be fun if Valenwood was actually confirmed, their culture seems goofy.

In all seriousness after Fallout 4 I'll be relieved if all of the playable races return.

If they do all return it would be neat if moving around as the different races felt more unique. Like the Khajiit can pounce and climb trees. The Orcs feel weighty and heavy. Stuff like that.

Yeah, I wish this were true. I always felt out of place as a Khajiit. I only ever saw other Khajiits right outside the city or as bandits.

With that being said I still play khajiit predominantly.

I'd like a new beast race. Imga being substantially humanoid probably makes them the easiest fit.

Daedra, probably Dremora but maybe Xivilai, Golden Saints, or Dark Seducers would be kind of cool too.

This is what I mainly want. I would like differences to be more than superficial. I want characters to respond wildly differently to me if I'm playing as Nord compared to a Khajit. And I want them to play differently too. Attack styles, speed, and power should differ. Certain types of armor or clothing shouldn't be equipable or would need to be modified.

Like lets say they did add a dremora as playable. Entering a town should make everyone at least a suspicious if not outright hostile to you unless you were wearing some sort of clothing or using some sort of illusion magic to mask your appearance. You would need to work extra hard to gain people's trust. Some quest would be impossible but it might open up others that other races might not be able to do.

I feel like Imga is probably one of the only possible options, although only if the game is set in Valenwood. But that's all that could work I think. Sload are too universally hated to work. Maormer don't actually exist in Tamriel. Dwemer are impossible for the reason Rebel already posted. And the Falmer don't work because they're basically in the same tier as Goblins now.
