Investigators are awaiting results on autopsies of the 10 victims after Texas Police admit that some of the victims may have been killed the CROSSFIRE during the attack against 17 y/o Fatty, Dimitrios Pagourtzis.

Officers and the Teen engaged in a 25 MINUTE SHOOTOUT before he gave himself up after failing to commit suicide because he wanted to tell his "story"

Sherif Henry Trochesset told CNN that it's not clear if they were struck by bullets from the shooter or from the police as kids started running everywhere to cover during the shootout

Investigators are now assessing the footage from a "decent amount of cameras in the school" to put a timeline together but the autopsy will show what bullets hit the victims and if it came from police or the shooter.

He is facing capital murder and aggravated assault charges as he used his father's legally owned weapons in the rampage...and now his attorney is using a MENTAL ILLNESS DEFENSE.

Student Trenton Beazely said that he was "playing music, making jokes, had slogans and rhymes he kept saying". He would cheer everytime he killed someone and said "another one bites the dust"

Texas Governor Greg Abbott is now blaming VIDEO GAMES on the incident and NOT GUNS as Texas is a conservative stronghold with the most permissive firearm laws in the United States. He says that violent video games need to be REGULATED and that parents should ban children from playing those types of games because it affects a child's "mental psyche" on violence and death. He is calling for action on the video game industry to motion a change on its content.

It's also known now that one of the victims, 15 y/o Shana Fisher publicly humiliated Dimitrios after he incessantly bugged her to go out with him for months but finally the week before the shooting, she told him No in front of the whole class...that may have been a motive to why he went on his rampage as well.

Do you think Video Games are becoming too violent?

Video games are always the scapegoat for shootings. The SCOTUS said there is no evidence when they deemed them free speech.

Even if the cops did accidentally kill some, he's still fully responsible for all the deaths. Though if it does turn out that happened, it makes the good guy with gun argument look bad.

Imagine if there were good guys there with guns. Police might have accidentally shot even more students in the confusion.

there was a case where a man tried to do a mass shooting in a church but a guy with a gun stopped him before he could kill a single person. then moments later, cops burst in while the hero still had his gun in his hands. and they shot him thinking he was the shooter and that the shooter on the ground was a victim

the hero survived though and recovered in the hospital

This guy joked about shooting reporters, at gun range. Yet he blames video games.

I don't recall one study that has shown video games are linked to an increase in crime or violent tendencies. In fact, studies typically suggest that they help quell such attitudes.

But so long as video games are around, and so long as they are the new kids on the block, they will always be tagged as the scapegoat for when violence happens.

How? Cops are far from good guys. They also suck as far as training goes.
