Superman already has Kryptonian martial arts that are the equivalent of MUI so Goku still loses.

Base Goku has a power level of 4120, and can lift a two ton car. And if you add the super saya-jinn multipliers, plus the dodge buffs of Ultra Instinct, you get a character who, with a power level of 32.237533x10^384483, empirically has the strength to karate kick in half, a planet with the combined mass of the Pillars of Creation.

Superman is a character who has no limits.
