Harrison Ford is better looking and has a more compelling screen presence. Even when you see him in American Graffiti playing a bit part, your attention is immediately drawn to him. Mark Hamill is sort of dorky and doesn't come off as well on screen, although he played Luke Skywalker well. He's more suited to doing character work and not as a star. Voice acting probably came to him as an opportunity first and he stuck with it because quite frankly, it is a super easy paycheck vs. being on set.

Blade Runner is a cult classic. The movie bombed hardcore when it came out. People mostly talking about it now because of the remake, which also sold miserably.

Air Force One was a massive success.

Although I forgot about the fugitive that was also extremely successful.

I was strictly speaking about the popularity of his non Lucasfilm movies. Financial success is generally a good indicator of that.

I'm merely contending here that blade runner is not every remotely close to his most popular movie. It's fresh in people's heads because of the sequel but even the significantly more successful sequel still didn't remotely as successful as his 90s movies.

And he's only a supporting actor in the sequel anyway. I wouldn't consider it fair to say that TFA is his most popular movie because it's not really his movie.
