Every other day. Sometimes add an extra bath or two in a week depending on circumstances. If I do too much my skin dries out too much mainly my hands.

I'm usually 2-3 times per week, cuz my skin/scalp gets dry quickly.

Once per day minimum. If you workout, it's really hot out or you live in the tropics you should shower twice per day. Only time I don't shower twice is if I didn't much that day or spent the majority of the time in an a/c'd room.
