i love love love shenmue 1 & 2. both are games that defined my adolescence.

When I was in college I turned down a job in a warehouse operating a forklift because I assumed it would be just like Shenmue. From what I hear the game is very faithful.

It honestly is really random.

"Hello, can you tell me where the man who killed my father is?"

"Meet you in the park tommorow"

>Find somewhere to sleep

"You can go lift boxes on the dock for money to pay for your room"

And it just goes on, I still found it interesting but it does feel rather aimless at times.

Some (actually good) fighting, walking around, and collections of minigames ranging from good to shitty.

These range from pachinko to arm wrestling to forklift driving.
