wolfy42 04/05/18 11:57:10 AM #4:	1: Dresden Files (Skin game) 2: The magic of Recluce 3: The name of the wind 4: Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy 5: Discworld Honestly though, so many favorites it's almost impossible to choose a top 5. Really like urban fantasy right now, so was hard not to put Patricia Brigs etc in there. Instead I tried to go for themes/different types. Dresden is my favorite urban fantasy. Recluce is my favorite long episodic fantasy (mostly) setting. The name of the wind is fairly short, and a great continuous cast of characters fantasy series. Hitchikers is a sci-fi comedy, and Discworld is a fantasy comedy. Tons of other great books in each of those, but I think those are my favorites of their types. The Long Walk by Bachman (Steven King) is my favorite Novellete as well. Um, The Stand by the same author is my favorite book classified as horror. Think I like either the original dune, and books 4+ in the series, or Timothy Zhans Star wars books for favorite science fiction. Like Piers anthony's early works alot as well, and Jack Chalkers.
