Worst by far is hex. It was a magic hat Oktoberfest beer (seasonal). Knightshead and Irish Killian's are up there also (hate Amber ales).

No beer really tastes good. I do not really have a favorite. I have always tended to go through cycles of different types. Corona is probably my favorite beer. Molsen, bud lite Platinum would be up there also. (Didn't count crafts or malts)

I think the "4.5 years ago" is implication that he did a lot of stuff about it but relapsed. It happens a lot, after all. Just gotta keep plugging away at it.

I do have to wear an ankle monitor. It is not an issue when showering. They said it cannot be submerged so no baths or swimming. But, I have heard submerging doesn't fry it and that they are waterproof. Just that submerging them can dampen the signal and cause a false alert.

Addiction means you have to use. I do not have to use. An addict if left in a house with a bottle of alcohol feels the need to have to drink it. I do not have these urges.

If anything, I crave social interaction. Most people I know only want to go to bars. It was a natural complement, in drinking.

I used to be a huge problem drinker.

Having a kid will change a lot of that, for some.

Also to answer you more, Ulti. I did Intensive Outpatient rehab, Outpatient rehab, and 60 AA meetings this time around.

Both of my counselors did not think I had an addiction, and I completed much earlier than most do.

I smoke because it's helps with my Bi-polar.

Once upon a time I was put on Depakote and that crap had me punching holes in my walls and totally messed up my life.

So anytime someone tries to tell me pot is bad. I have actual experience that says otherwise.

I mean... it works for me but tbh but it might not be for everyone. I have a cousin that gives it a bad name, doesn't work and just gets stoned everyday. That s*** annoys me.

I'm a workoholic and I've been using it medicinally for a few years now and occasionally for recreational purposes.

If I feel a bi-polar trip coming on it can really make all the difference in my day if I take my "meds".

But to get sort of on topic with the AMA here... I was worried you were going to jail dude, How did you avoid that? Good lawyer?

My lawyer imo wasn't too great.

The biggest thing to do in these processes is for your lawyer to contact the police station and DA to try and make a deal beforehand before it gets waived to the higher court. If it is withdrawn at the magistrate, this eliminates a lot of possibilities.

I tried calling my lawyer and emailing him with pertinent information regarding knowing the police chiefs brother, what I had done prior as far as making an effort on my own to show initiative, etc. He never responded to me. He showed up later than he told me to show up to the magistrate. He completely started saying different things than he told me when I hired him. And made it clear he didn't spend a second looking over my case before getting there. To top it all off he spent most the time on his phone.

I didn't agree with what my lawyer was saying as the expected outcome. And my lawyer was wrong and I was right. The cop himself basically argued in my favor instead of my lawyer.

The outcome at the magistrate was not my best case scenario, but it was very damn close. And, it checked the box for the biggest issue facing me going the way I hoped.

Coincidentally enough Corrik, I actually quit drinking myself about 6 months ago. I was getting a bit of a beer gut going on and one day the beer just tasted awful.

I haven't even been enticed at all and I've been to a couple of parties since then.

Actually my fiancee was super supportive at first. Then after a few weeks she turned into using it as much as possible to throw in my face and put me down over it any time she was mad.

However, it did spur her to finally get her license (and hopefully a job before long). So, maybe this was needed to give her that push to finally do that.

I get to be home with my child yes. I contemplated doing jail instead of house arrest just to get it over quicker and save money, but everyone kind of talked me out of doing that.

Yeah, I learned don't even have a vehicle anywhere you plan to drink at all.
