I don't want people to start bashing Error. I personally like him quite a lot, always thought he's done an outstanding job as a mod, and learned a tremendous amount from him when I was on the staff -- but he definitely has a bit of a blind spot here.

For example, even excusing that the TC is trolling and trying to get a reaction, if someone made the opposite topic to this one saying "SJWs pushed me FAR to the right that I support Trump," I don't think he would be as bothered by people responding with posts like the one I did. If anything, he'd immediately recognize the TC as the one trolling unlike the way he did with this topic.

Nah he was referring to your overall behavior on the boards, and he's not wrong.

If you asked me 3 years ago where I was on the political spectrum, I would have said "center-left". But seeing Trump and his insane cult inspired me to learn much more about politics and the more I learned the farther to the left I went, and now I'm as hardcore left as you can get. And I know I'm not the only person Trump and his supporters had this effect on. So thanks for that, I suppose.

You let someone else "push you" to a more extreme political position.

I wish you said the same about the many, many times people in the right say they were pushed to buy guns because of democratic rhetoric, or they're going to spend their hard earned money buying a bunch of shit they don't need simply to back up brands that are being boycotted by liberals or that are backing up some conservative after a major backlash.

I wish you said the same after people say things such as that they are now more against gay rights or diversity because of how ridiculously tumblrinas act (e.g. manspreading, cultural appropriation and other silliness like that)

Which is a shame tc because people like You pushed others to the far right to match your zealous politics.

I would not say they pushed me to the far left, but those reverse SJWs are even more annoying and pro-censorship than radical feminists despite self proclaiming they are pro freedom of speech.
