Looks matter but the sooner you accept that 1) not every woman likes the same kind of guy, 2) you can overcome your basic makeup with a variety of different things and 3) there's nothing less sexy than a man who makes excuses for his failures, then you'll be a happier, more successful person.

I'm skinny and blond and pale - this is a default NO as far as most women are concerned - and yet I've banged so many women I have a goddamn reputation for it.

So real talk, that's a healthy weight. You could always work out and gain like 5-10 pounds. Don't push it though because muscle turns into fat when you stop working out.

I was 110 when I started college, no fat on my body.

Truth. My best mate is a 5ft6 skinny asian, he cleaned up with girls all through high school more than any other guy and to this day.

Turns out good women are prepared to overlook a shortcoming or two if you have other things to offer other than being "nice" and "not a jerk", who knew.

Being a skinny guy is not an automatic no with most women.
It's being a skinny guy who's short, ugly, or both that is typically an immediate no.

Skinny guys who are tall, pretty, or both are still magnets chicks. See boy bands and other celebrities...

As for why it's not uncommon to see a fat chick paired up with a skinny dude:
-fat chicks generally can't get the swole athletes they're really after; skinny dude is the silver medal
-skinny dudes also have a physical trait that a lot of fat chicks envy: not being fat (envy can cause an attraction)
-skinny dudes are like limber ferrets who can fetch wtf a fat chick wants minus the heart attacks
-fat chicks see some degree of higher security with a skinny dude, thinking he's less likely to get seduced away.
