That is a cultural thing. A lot of Texans call it Water Burger.

It's just like how a lot of people here call all sodas, "Coke."

Hm, interesting. She's the only one I know who does it, and she actually did live in Texas for a while. I just checked, and the chain definitely would have been around then so I wonder if she picked it up then.
