you are taking, a horrible wrong perspective i think. rather than argue about whether "all black people aren't poor" you should be recognizing, yes, there is in fact a disparity among black schools and their higher tax bracket counterparts.

I'm going to put it like this: it should be common sense by now that the education system needs to evolve (since it's still based on Victorian era models) and YOU, what you are typing, will never help things the way they are.
