This is just an example off the top of my head.

Say you wanted a job at this Christian Bakery. However to get a job you had to sign a pledge saying something those how have sex before marriage are damned to the hell and wicked in the eyes of the lord . You don't feel that way but you really want the job. Would you sign the pledge that go counter to your morals .

I think stuff like that is illegal where I live. No religious stuff allowed in the hiring process.
