NeonOctopus 02/19/18 5:27:05 PM #1:	I got all the upgrades, beat every boss on normal, and just beat King Dice. Slowly honed my skills for 5ish hours. Same thing happens to me, but only the first time I get to that phase. I just let myself get killed, retry and I'm good to go. Some other bosses slow down this way too. Just try surviving as long as you can until the fps normalizes and retry if you did. Restarting will likely just make it happen again. Trust me man. I got about half to 2/3 through his final form on expert. Got to dice himself but best effort was death at I think the 3rd or 4th card wave and devil I've made it to the 3 platform part (both expert also). Beat everyone else on expert. Worst score is either B or B+ I think. Dragon is not "easier" on expert than regular per se, but the difficulty jump is less than most, and applies more to his first form, as the clouds move the other way. Wally is probably the biggest difficulty jump. His eggs now split in a way where there isn't a safe space (lol), the bullet hell is worse, the little bird gets an extra orbiter and is faster. Final form doesn't change much, but still, after getting through the other forms, it's very easy to psyche yourself out. A lot of people say he is the hardest boss on expert, but I've beaten him. Can't say the same about robot, dice and devil. Train was much easier with the auto-parry charm. Even beat it in 2 player with my brother on our first try, just by parry-reviving constantly without meaning to because I happened to jump where his ghost was. At the end I'm like "wtf how are you alive? o_O. That was regular difficulty though. When I finally beat him on expert, I had less than a second to live. It was sheer lucky timing. I jumped up and away from the cart, parrying the tail and turning midair with traintrack death under me and attacks coming at me, supered, didn't kill him, started falling. After like 20-30 retries it was normal again and I managed to beat him. Man this was an awesome game! I love every second of it and I'm so glad it was so hard.
