Not even sure what it was supposed to measure. I would just quit when people were starting to bow out because it really wasn't that serious and then there were always the people who would treat it as olympic preparation lol

You basically ran back and forth across the gym and as time goes on, the distance you have to go gets smaller and smaller.
It's a test of your agility and endurance. See how long you can keep moving when turning around in shorter and shorter bursts.
