Maybe start with writing what you're thinking. Write what's coming off the top of your head. Even if it doesn't make sense. Just to get things going.

Okay. Try doing something else. Maybe you didn't really want to write. There's a million things to do in this world. Why do you have to write? Find something you don't have to stress over and force yourself to do.

Sounds like fear of failure. You have nothing to lose by writing down stuff - let it go and do a "vomit draft" of your story with the knowledge that you won't share it with anyone and it will not be judged.
