The posts individually, when not taking into account the frequency, are enough for him to not get modded. But when taking into account the frequency, and they are always off topic, its obvious its targetted with the intention to provoke and harass me

Take a moment to stop, and realize this is the internet, and these are forums, full of people of all levels of loneliness who are now getting a rise out of you for the sake of their personal entertainment. Don't let it bother you, ignore it, and it will solve itself. If you care this much, maybe you are taking your online life a bit too seriously.

I don't mean to come off as offensive or insulting in the slightest, but take this as what it is. It's a video game website with message forums. Whoever is stalking and bothering you isn't worth a single shit, and caring about them and their opinion is senseless.

I guarantee you if you stop giving them any kind of attention or reaction whatsoever, it will end. They feed off of making you angry. Stop caring and they will move on to someone else that cares more.
