You don't seem to get why women don't speak up when incidents like this happen. Usually it done by a man in power. They are afraid doing so could ruin their career, or that people will side with the man in power since he does have power. Also they are afraid that people in general just won't believe them, which if you look at comments on the internet is basically exactly what happens.
people don't believe them because it's allegations coming out x amount of years after the fact, sometimes with there being multiple assaults.
and i'm sorry, but if you have a 10+ year career filled with multiple "sexual assaults" that you never spoke about, then you're not getting sexually assaulted, you're trading your body for a higher position in the status quo
