Yeah, it seems like a lot of the last few mass shootings the shooter was on some watchlist but the FBI droppes the ball and does nothing. What if, for example, I get a shitty neighbor who reports me of suspicious behavior because they have an irrational hatred of me. That's not a fucking irrational hatred someone had for him. He said he was going to do it and he did.
