Started 2-3 days ago.

Mild chills and fever(spikes at night to moderate levels. Tylenol very effective at keeping fever at bay to help me sleep)
Mild aches/weakness
Mild runny nose and mucus
Mild tiredness that becomes moderate tiredness by mid afternoon.
Slight cough
Sore throat, started very mild but contained irritation from me religiously spitting up mucus made it worse. I really dont want it to become a sinus infection(if it isnt already one) because those last forever with me and usually turn into ear infections too.

Fuck fuck fuck. This is going to fuck so much shit up if I have to delay it. I already requested time off for it and if its delayed my parents are out of town in a three weeks.

One day for all four removed? Are you mad? I am not going back to work after a single day. My surgeon recommended at least three days of rest after the day of surgery. How I am supposed to do my job, and function properly when I am in pain, my face is swollen and its difficult to eat a proper diet. I will be weak, irritable, tired, and probably having symptoms from antibiotics/pain killers. And my job involves contact with hundreds of people so good place to get another infection. And an infection with four not even close to fully healed surgical sites could cause some big problems.

I care somewhat about my health and my pay is not worth being extremely miserable. Not risking my health and comfort to rush back to work the day after my surgery.

Also my surgeon will straight up refuse to operate if there is not someone to drive me home and keep an eye on me for the next 24 hours. Probably has something to do with not want someone disoriented and tired, from various medications, lack of nutrition, blood loss and pain driving home and being alone.

Well good for you. I have no idea the circumstances of your life or general health/ dental health at time of operation but just because it turned out okay doesnt mean it was a good idea.

I would rather trust my surgeon thanks.

Sounds like you might need to cancel the wisdom teeth removal until you get better, TC. It sucks. Are your wisdom teeth impacted or something similar?

It depends on the person. I was told Id be fine or it would be minor. They were all ****** wrong because that was the worst week of my life.

God damn. You're gonna need a lot of medicine to get through this one. If you've got PTO, you'll probably have to spend it here.
