Yeah I was talking about the type of animation, they want close to 10 K for something like that. I was wondering if that was the going rate or was it too much.

I am not suggesting not paying , I just don't want to over pay. Also with the no skill things . I was going to have someone do some normal video editing for me . I saw how much it cost and I learned it and did it myself -lol-. I am not one of these people who think artist should work for free or anything I just don't want to get over charge.
