Just follow any beginner lifting routine. They're not gender exclusive. Something like a push/pull/legs or upper body/ lower body/ cardio split

you generally lift 3-4x/week and each time you do up the squat weight, yes.

My initial goal is to lose weight, then after I've done that I want to tone up

I'm okay with the body on the right, but it's a little too much than I'd like

Just do cardio. I'm not sure any of those people you posted lift. They don't seem all that toned. Just low bodyfat.

What kind of cardio do you reccomend? Right now I'm just doing treadmill

youll do both at once when you start lifting.

early on you will be ganing muscle while also dropping body fat because the initial growth is easy for your body to support, even when eating at a deficit

maintaining the body i posted requires exceptional levels of discipline that almost no people have (fun fact: i am a 6'4" man, gain muscle very easily, and barely dl more than that girl--so don't think it's where you'll be, you'd have to specifically go after that to wind up there)
