It wasn't that bad tbh

Lift weights. Biggest mistake a newbie can make, other than proper diet, is relying solely on cardio. Weight lifting burns way more calories than a treadmill ever could.

Cool. Working out is really therapeutic for me, tracking my progress and feeling like I'm getting a little better every day. Took me years to really get into it consistently, but I'm glad I stuck with it. Good luck.

If you're looking to get comfortable lifting. You can start with machines and work your way over to the free weights. People seem to be less intimidated by the machines. Watch some videos on youtube about routines and check out bodybuilding website.
