Minority unemployment is at record lows under a Republican administration. Liberal conclusion: "Republicans want to disenfranchise minorities!"

Republicans passed tax cuts and regulation cuts that are putting more money in the hands of the working class. Liberal conclusion: "Republicans want to disenfranchise poor people!"

This is why conversation just can't happen. Conservatism has done far more than liberalism for minorities and poor people, but liberals are going to immediately scream that conservatives hate the poor and anyone who isn't white.

I didn't see any liberals defending what happened in Charlottesville, but I've seen tons of conservatives that did. Idk man, conservatives would have a pretty easy time not being regarded as "literally evil" if they stopped bending over backwards just to seem like they are, especially when on any given issue they've chosen to represent a side solely because liberals are passionate about the opposite.

That's because conservatives support the right of people to express themselves even if they don't personally agree with that person, a concept that flies FAR over the head of the average liberal. What happened in Charlottesville? Some racists assembled peacefully, then some left wing "counter protesters" came to squelch them with violence. When BLM holds a black supremacy rally screaming "kill white people" you don't see a bunch of conservatives walk in and start beating them up because they don't like their opinions.

People are perfectly free to be racists if they want to. Anti white racism is widely tolerated.
Holding racist views does not justify violence against somebody.

This. Conservative posters may sometimes say very racist things, I myself have said things that could be taken as racist even though it was meant as a joke. The point is, conservatives will generally argue against an opposing opinion (as everyone is free to express themselves) but liberals are the first to jump to violence for being "oppressed" or for showing a viewpoint they don't agree with.

Take the guy who dressed up as a nazi and got punched, I disagree with him dressing up like that, but violence over that isn't right. But at this point many people will have a kneejerk reaction and call me a nazi/racist/bigot because I disagree with violence against that guy, even though I initially disagree with him dressing up like that.
