This is something that comics routinely fails to address in characters with healing. I loved the take that Flashpoint Paradox had on Superman spending his whole live locked in a dungeon because of it.

Yes.
One good example, which I cant post because of gore, is when Ultimate Wolverine fights Hulk.
Hulk tears his legs off and throws them away.
Wolverine can smell his own legs and even use it to calculate that they are four miles away.

I dont understand how this is an issue.

1: We know he doesnt instantly regenerate. That shit takes time
2: Building muscle is just tearing muscle and it heals back

Ive always understood that this meant that he could build muscle at an insane rate, borderline instantly.
