Nah, the worst part is hearing the psuedo-brokers misleading people to buy something so volatile and solely backed by massive speculation.

It's sad that ordinary people fall for this kind of hype, but it happens time and time again.

If they keep saying crypto is dead. When it dies they can say I told you so. If every coin were to rise 100% tommorow they would disappear only to return at another dip to say crypto is dead.

When bitcoin was at like 18,000 the crypto is dead people were nowhere to be found. I had a few tagged on gamefaqs and they were making topics asking for advice on crypto.

I'm up 5 figures and my sentiment right now is sell. Most of the coins are completely useless.

Take it from someone who was in ETH early, the crypto market is a house of cards. It's starting to break apart and it's going to hurt a lot of late 'investors'.

The worst part is that millennials actually think crypto was an "investment." More Americans under 30 have Coinbase accounts than real investment accounts, which is pathetic.

Lol is that stat true? That's really sad if true.

Stupidity like that makes me less sympathetic to people's financial problems.

If I left my money in mutual funds I would have seen an ROI of +20%, with crypto my highest gains were +290% a month ago, after this bear market bloodbath I am still up +150%.

Don't get me wrong, my tIRA, 401k, and HSA are all still in mutual funds, but my brokerage account was liquidated for cryptos and I have seen nothing but incredible gains.

So are you now moving all those crypto gains back to real investments?

They're just correctly identifying the real do-nothing welfare parasites in society and cutting them out of the loop. When Coinbase fucks up they're not going to be involuntarily bailing its owners out of debt to the tune of $800 billion whether they use it or not.

No.

Waiting for roughly +600-1000% ROI, which should take a few years max.

When that happens I will withdraw 50% back into a mutual fund brokerage account, leave 30% in cryptos for continued growth, and take out 20% for fun money.
