Since you've done most of these ideas, I'll just comment on the new ones.

Sakura Effect: Eh. I might play it but again, I'm not really a fan of ME and the Sakura games themselves aren't that great.

Falllout Crossing: Animal Crossing is not something I can get into so easily since it relies on you playing it for like an hour or so everyday. I like to able to play for hours on end. That being said, I can still see it working.

Resident Simcity: This sounds very nonsensical to me. Zombies just sound far more feasible in already established cities. I mean who is worried about traffic when there is no traffic and who is even building all the buildings when there is a god damn zombie apocalypse happening?

Im pretty sure I've already played something similar to CoD: Hylian Warfare anyways. Someone made Zelda themed maps/weapons for Halo Custom Edtion.
