Loz is well above Mario for average. (Though you can argue the best Mario tracks are better that virtually every LoZ track.

Hmmm. I was only thinking of games I'd played myself earlier, but Xenosaga might be a reasonable choice based on the songs I've heard through this board.

Also I'm probably one of the biggest Trails fans on this board but I'd only say the music is above average. I don't know--I don't really see the justification for the huge amount of praise it gets here. Now, the OST for Trails in the Sky the 3rd is a different story and is one of the all-time greats imo, but I don't think the series as a whole consistently puts out that level of quality.

Those are really the only two contenders in my mind and either one is acceptable. There are a lot of others that have a lot of good tunes like Final Fantasy but they all have a lot of filler tracks

Also shouldn't count. There is literally nothing she could do with those, as I said earlier in the topic.

To follow up I'd say probably most of the original tracks from the first I don't know, 75% of the games. The last bits of the games tend to be stacked but I mean when you start with stuff like Destiny Islands and Traverse Town tracks, yeah.

Also not being able to do anything with remixes is a cop out. Go listen to Smash Brothers Brawl's tracks it's got some amazing stuff in there when the source track was meh.

Nintendo will let Nintendo edit their own tracks to do that.

They were straight up told you can't change the main parts of any of the Disney tracks.

That's not a cop out, there was nothing she could do.

And Destiny Islands is awesome.

Traverse Town howver not so much.

Most of the original tracks are honestly not worth mentioning till late game. Which admittedly, if you only count that stuff it's pretty top tier but yeah. Like Kingdom Hearts 1 doesn't have any original tracks worth mentioning till Hollow Bastion for instance imo.

Xenoblade is pretty top tier. Umineko was amazingly consistent over 8 games.

Longer series don't fit as well. Mega Man has mediocre entries like 8 while Final Fantasy has stuff like FF2.
