Instead now we have this shitty re-tread of The Lost World complete with kid character and plot that makes no fucking sense. Why the fuck do they need to save the dinosaurs? Just clone them again? But like...can't we even try to go in a different direction? Why not have it turn out that they were trying to weaponize dinosaurs and have them take over a military/research base? And they're trying to escape the base? Or even like...a crew has to go in and clean up the mess?
