I like eating alone. I hate it when people talk about work or bitch about their problems when Im on my lunch break.

Alone. I deal with people and their computer-related problems for eight hours. Just give me one hour where I can eat my food alone and listen to naught but audiobooks, podcasts, or music and I'll be a happy cowboy.

I prefer alone. At my job we share an office and there's a bit of conversation that goes on, but we really mostly keep to ourselves at lunchtime.

People always ask me where do I go during my lunch breaks, I just tell them that I go eat in my car, then they just look at me like if Im some sort of weirdo lol.

Also all of the co-worker gossip nonsense is probably the most annoying shit to listen to. Even if Im not part of the conversation and Im just across the room, I can still hear their dumb conversations and all of their monotonous topics.

I have 20 minutes to heat up and woof down a lunch. Sometimes I have photocopying/printing to do during that time as well. I eat alone because I absolutely don't have time to talk while eating.

I always eat with my students during lunch. Some of them are pretty damn funny.

I mostly ate lunch alone during my school days unless if my neighborhood friends had the same lunch period as me.
