There's sites like ibuypower and cyberpower that build for you.

But tbh buying a prebuilt on sale is better than building these days cause ram and gpus are so expensive

If you're on the market, set a slickdeals alert for "desktop"

System builders have existed for years dude. The most common route is to deliver all the parts yourself to said system builder and s/he builds it for you. Others may offer a service to buy the components for you and you pay the system builder directly the total price.

There's countless websites you can get all of it from. You just risk not necessarily getting the best prices on every item which individually may be cheaper somewhere else

a lot of parts are Out Of Sale so it seems hard to build a computer online unless you're constantly checking every check everyday.

GTX1070 out of sale
GTX1050 out of sale

I bought mine through GenTechPC.com

Granted, I bought a gaming laptop so I could bring it to work with me. I probably would have just bought the components individually and built it myself if I was going for a desktop.

Still, there are plenty of websites available that will do it all for you, if you're willing to pay slightly more for the convenience.

When you buy computer parts do you get an instruction manual so you know what goes where and when?

The case and motherboard both come with manuals though the detail and quality of those instructions will vary considerably in my experience

Most of the major parts have specifically designed cables and connectors that will only plug into one place. The motherboard should come with a manual that tells you specifically which ports are meant for which components, too. I mean...it's not exactly LEGO, but it's not rocket science either.

you end up paying more because some sites will make shipping costs cheaper by shipping it all in one box. also not all websites will have all the parts on sale.

It's not a big deal. You can split everything between Newegg and Amazon. Your Amazon order will qualify for free shipping based on price. Even if you have to pay shipping from Newegg (you probably won't), their shipping fees are very reasonable.
