I think in 6 years a lot of people here will agree with me

I don't see it ever having the sort of library for it's time that the SNES or PS2 had, it's already just not getting a lot of the big third party games.

I'm seeing it more like an N64 - a small tight library of absolute classics but never truly threatens the mainstream like it's rivals in terms of third party support and sales.

In 6 years the PS5 will be the best console ever made

I just don't have a need for it.

It's already gotten some surprising third party support, even L.A. Noire of all things. And if it keeps selling like hotcakes then third parties would have a reason to support it unlike the Wii U

It's overcame PS2's total sales at this point. But it didn't have the initial sales that PS2 did in its first months.

I also agree with you on third party support. The more Nintendo does to notice third party developers to support them the more traction the Switch will get. And with portability unlike other console manufacturers; buying one console and a portable in the same purchase, the popularity of mobile gaming will only do more to compete or surpass Microsoft and/or Sony.
