Was thinking of maybe grabbing one from eBay if the ones selling for $120-140 are real ones, still a total price gouge but not as bad as I was expecting. SNES was my big system as a little kid so the nostalgia value is pretty high.

I unlocked and then played Star Fox 2 for about a half hour and haven't touched it since.

It was kind of a waste of money. I have easy access to all these games already.

It's fine, though some omissions are obvious. I do like my ff6, smrpg and earthbound but it's missing Chrono. Another wtf is sf2 turbo, why not super?

Also wished they had unicycles on here and of course more Co op games like contra. Like zombies ate my neighbors.

Thinking eventually I'll get it modded. One thing I do know, when the nes classic gets its rerelease I'll get one of those too as that's my first system as a kid.

While there are other ways to play it, and for the most part those other ways have better saving systems (from what I have heard). I am really enjoying the system. I played secret of Mana for the first time and feel in love.

It has Nintendo's traditionally hardy build quality, though the controllers feel tacky compared to the SNES originals. It has a solid lineup of games, thought has some glaring omissions (seriously, no TMNT 4 or Battletoads? Final Fight? The hell?). It also contains the only official release of Star Fox 2. All in all, I like it.

Beat Castlevania 4, Zelda, and halfway through FF 3 (I kind of stopped because of so much going on and other releases coming out but I plan to get back to it this week)

To me it doesn't matter that there are other ways to play these games. This just feels the way I remember it and it was well worth the $80

I have no way of playing those games(don't have a SNES and emulators are illegals) so I loved the SNES Classic!!

You can do this with your Wii and save a bunch of money and better controllers (non-wired).

I put on every NES, SNES and Sega Genesis game (that I own a real copy of already) on it.

got bored of it after I modded it so I sold it off to my friend.

I really enjoy it. Its nice being able to play these games on my TV for my fiance to see and play with me, instead of emulation. And the fact you can so easily add any game to it..
