I'd thought that the 2D games were more dominant this time around, but looking at the charts, I guess not. It's just FF6.

Since there's like 28 series through I-XIX, and Excel's hue value is 0-255 I just divided 255/14 and set up assigned each series a hue value as a multiple of that (so 0, 18, 36...)

of course that only covers 14 different colours, but I after that 14 I swapped the light and darks

so each series has a unique colour scheme

I'm torn on who to support. I haven't played FFVII but I'm still certain I would like Sephiroth more than Celes. But unless Celes gets a win at some point she's going to keep coming back and maybe next time it'll be at the expense of a character I actually like. On the other hand, if we resist for long enough maybe GMUN will abandon her for niche characters like Layle. But backing Sephiroth will mean being on the same team as MWC...

There's a lot to consider!

This is actually surprising, you don't seem like the guy to go for villains much. Or maybe you dislike Celes? (I thought you liked her but that was months ago maybe I got it mixed up)

I just don't get Celes. She didn't offend me or anything but nothing she did impressed me either. I kept waiting for the moment that justified her being everyone's favorite and it never happened. I think I had her ranked third tier up from the bottom the one time I ranked a lot of characters and that put her well below average.

From what I know of Sephiroth just from existing in gaming culture all these years he seems like he's more my type of villain than most, too.

yeah I'm not too bothered by the super stats! it's not so bad when you don't even have to wait a year for the next chance
