tri sapphire 12/25/17 6:40:35 AM #4:	The same difference there is between cake and muffins. Cake batter tends to be more sugary and much lighter in consistency. Muffin batter is closer to bread batter. You should be able to bake a cake with cupcake batter, and shouldn't be able to do so with muffin batter. --- "If history is to change, let it change!
