BS. Its claim that Pai advocates for a "free and open internet" is ignoring the context that he tries to tell us ISPs weren't looking to take full advantage of the lighter rules of being a Title I service. Hence why they sued the government since they were being regulated as a Title II service while being classified as Title I and won which is what got them classified officially as Title II.

Anthony Kennedy is an unpredictable swing voter. He is the reason gay marriage was legalized. He sides with the democrats quite a lot. There's a lot of Republicans against this repeal, so I think we hold a fair chance Kennedy could save us.

Roberts sided with the democrats once before too....

So I mean, there's hope. If they see it as a first amendment problem, they could side for NN.

I'm honestly surprised nobody has tried killing them yet, they're voting on something that will be detrimental to the development of poor communities in the next generation.

I know I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep over it.

Same. Losing a handful of lives over the sake of thousands .... millions is nothing to cry over. I've posted it on their twitters stating their votes may jeopardize their lives by desperate people.... then refered to Scalise and Paul being attacked.

We will see. I am a pacifist and would never kill anyone, but man.... who knew I'd be okay with something like this? :/
