I'm no scientist but provided his legs don't break when they hit the ground moving FTL then wouldn't he just break the soil or concrete and fall to the center of the earth? He probly generates a lot of heat as well

Flash's superpowers prevent literally any sort of logical consequence of super speed from affecting him unless it's something that can be used to creatively solve a problem. Dude's power is closer to localized (ie only on and around his body) control of the laws of physics than it is speed

When the plot calls for it he can teleport, travel through time, vibrate his body at an atomic level to become intangible, and punch with the force you'd expect of an object traveling at light speed but without any of the force affecting anything other than the dude he's hitting. The fact that he can run as fast as he does and survive is pretty much rewriting the laws of physics as he goes lol --- We clasped our hands, our hands in praise of a conquerors right to tyranny ...
