basically mods have the discretion to mod your for whatever they want to

even for saying a certain tv producer could be a mod because of posts about him being modded

they aren't supposed to just mod you for whatever they want, but if they can convince the admin there is a reasonable point to the modding he will uphold it

however, it is well established that telling people you are ignoring them for the point of upsetting them is worth a moderation, which is what you are doing

for instance, if you got modded for a spoiler but can prove it is well known information TECHNICALLY you can dispute it and win

but tbh the dispute system is pretty horrendous

don't ever expect to win a dispute, they can asspull logic out of nowhere and you are powerless

fyi, accepting a moderation means it goes off your record faster

but your account if from 2013 so you probably know all this already

The dispute system is a joke. I have never once had anything overturned no matter how ridiculous and wrong the moderators are. It reminds me of a corrupt cop culture where everyone looks the other way when it comes to the wrong ways they treat the public because they are all in on it.

I hear these things but I feel like they only do that with people they play favorites for.

why not just put the moderations on your ignore list

doesnt work that way. when you ignore someone, you no longer see their messages. but the person can see YOUR messages.

so putting a *mod* on ignore and immediately saying something like "*mod* is an asshole", said mod can still see the message. and youll get modded

You're agreeing that people should have had their human rights violated.

This isn't what I did - it was a border enforcement issue. Nobody has a human right to just enter whatever country they want if they have a communicable disease like Ebola. But I digress.

Human rights are exactly that - a right. Don't suggest that other people should be denied theirs. Thank you.
