Literally have to do the godawful Peashooter VS Eve fight a SECOND TIME

Non much combat in this game is downright shit and the mech combat is super easy

So basically it's a movie that's kinda interactive but you're fighting the fucking controls and Eve deathball RNG instead of real gameplay

I really hated 9s at first but then I realized it was because I was trying to force him to work like 2b. Once you get used to his own style and how you're supposed to flow between actual combat and hacking he's great

9s is only a problem because you spend way too much time playing as him. In terms of combat he's stupid OP.

Not like the game is all that hard outside of Taro's obligatory bullet hell ending.

I mean

Metal Gear Rising was fantastic

But this game's combat doesn't feel fluid or... sensical at all to me

I enjoyed part A a lot and I played the game the best I could up until the Eve 'close combat not possible' bullshit which was incredibly dumb from both a gameplay and narrative perspective

And then you played the game again as 9S which was kinda annoying but they put in bits to spruce it up

And then they made you do the Eve peashooter bullshit AGAIN which is why I'm so frustrated right now. Eventually I figured out you can Recover while recoiling from damage so I tanked through it, but still
