Yes, but because the Switch's cartridges are expensive some publishers have opted to use the smallest, cheaper Switch cartridge, which Nintendo makes them buy, and put the rest of the game as an eShop download into your microSD card (which you will also have to buy a decently sized one of your own), meaning the game won't work unless you have both the cartridge and the microSD card with the downloaded data inserted as the same time, or charge extra for the Switch version (but have the whole game on the cartridge) to cover the higher price of the Switch cartridges. --- The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him.
