I think the Pink Elephant scene from Dumbo disturbed me the first time I saw it.

and when Rodimus Prime sees his first visions from the Matrix in Five Faces of Darkness, that was terrifying.

I was around 3 years old when I watched them.

There was one episode of the rugrats where Chucky had a monster under his bed, and another episode where Angelica was a boss of a company, and she turned into a demon at the end. I can't remember those episodes, though.

There was an episode of the Simpsons where they found an Alien in the woods. Nightmare fuel.

One of the episodes had their Looney toons parody where one of the characters gets stuck on, drawn into, and shreaded by an escalator. That made me very nervous about loose clothing/shoelaces near escalators for a long time. (At least I think it was the Simpsons...)

Not really, but I always creeped out when they would do those highly detailed still images on Ren and Stimpy

Actually now that I think of it there were some characters that did kinda scare me on that show. One in particular was the old guy that always walked around naked but had a bush on his crotch. He would always try to sneak up and spy on them like some kind of pedophile (which probably wasn't a huge stretch)

Oh and some of the animation from the Looney Toons/Merry Melodies shorts from like the 30s or 40s honestly scared the hell out of me, but I was really young when I first saw them
