Doe 09/10/17 4:32:00 PM #8:	It has always been better to go first in Yugioh, memes aside Back in the day you got to draw a card on the first turn so you got the advantage of having 6 pieces of material and being able to lay down strong trap cards, control effects, or flip effect monsters before your opponent even began. Nowadays player 1 doesn't draw on their first turn but it's super easy to make shit like Zoodiacs or what have you that have at-any-time effects to kill any counter combo your opponent attempts.
