Vegan Baker, Ashley Shotwell has outraged people after she shared a frosted cake with weapons and the words "KILL NAZIS" on it!!

She's an independent baker in Oakland, California who drew hundreds of critical reviews but thousand supporting her after the picture went viral last month

She said a customer requested the cake "KIll Nazis" on it after seeing her colourful cake frosted with the words "Resist Fascism" on her instagram page after the violence in Charlottesville

The cake was frosted with the red and black colours of a flag used by antifa, the masked group that clashed with white supremacists and neo-nazis.

Surrounding the words "kill nazis" are the decorations of brass knuckles, a chain and a club studded with nails

Ashley said in retrospect after the backlash, she would make a cake that said PUNCH NAZIS rather than Kill Nazis.

However she's not deterred from this and taking a stand against fascist ideals

On one hand I firmly believe we shouldn't advocate violence against others unless it is used in defense. On the other hand, who gets that buttflustered over a cake saying to kill Nazis; something that TV, movies, video games, comics, and just media in general have been doing since WWII.
