Having only seen bits and pieces of the stuff past the saiyan saga, of course nappa takes it but the scene of cell making the arena is top tier.

Agree with Cell being the best, at least since his debut.

Vegeta is probably the best
Nappa was funny but it felt really forced, especially the gimmick of Ghost Nappa to have him last even further thus they stepped their game up and just wrote Vegeta better so they wouldn't have to rely on that crap --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
