1. Keep yourself busy (when you do nothing, you overthink and you become more prone to depression)
2. Mantain a healthy weight 3. Laugh. A lot 4. Find the right friends, friends that actually care about you and motivate you and stuff 5. Work out, helps relief stress and helps with depression 6. Shower every day even if you don't feel like it. 7. Always think positive 8. Listen to good music 9. Avoid pointless drama 10. good advice. i'll add a few, maybe we can get a general list of things to do
