Like the napkin thing definitely was kind of weird, but without the accompanying Tinfoil Planogram I would've just assumed it was code for something boring, like a receipt that could implicate them in laundering scam lol.

The way the words were used in the emails along with main stream media steering the pizzagate story being about Comet and away from the actual emails makes it look suspicious.

They did the same with the term alt-right. Alt-right was made up of meme makers, anti-PC, anti-SJW. They used their meme magic and were wrecking MSM. CNN then do an interview and pronounce nobody douche with less than a 1k following, Richard Spencer as the leader of the alt-right. Spencer having ties to white supremacists then allowed them to name all the alt-right racists.

The term "Pizzagate" has an entirely different connotation to its supporters than it does to the general public. Pretty much anything related to the Podesta e-mails, child trafficking in the D.C. area, and the Clinton Foundation fell under it; not just Comet Ping Pong.

They also did the same thing with the Seth Rich story. All it took was one guy going on Fox News and quoting an unreliable/made up source. Suddenly, everything related to the theory was declared "debunked," even though they never actually addressed any of the points, and the media threatened anyone who tried to discuss it.

yea, I was going to use that as a follow up. Funny how as soon as the Sy Hersh audio came out that Seth was the DNC inside leaker that MSM full stopped on Russian hacking.

I saw some of the /pol/ threads about Pizzagate when it was blowing the fuck up over there, during one of the very few times I was bored enough to visit that board.

It was nuts. Threads getting filled up to the post limit in no time at all, insane lists of links to documents where one phrase somehow stood as incontrovertible proof of something happening, and all sorts of shit. You know that trope in comedy of the guy going insane over a conspiracy theory, and someone walks in on him with a wall of a room covered in photos and newspaper clippings with thumbtacks in them and string connecting various pieces together, and he's muttering something like "Why don't they see, it's all there, IT'S ALL THERE!"

It was literally that in real time, and it was fucking hilarious to watch.
